The mission of CRC is to assist people in need on the Boothbay peninsula by providing information, referrals, resources and programs, to ensure that no one has to face the challenges of life alone.  Their programs include:

• Addiction Outreach — Information, support and referrals to individuals and families seeking treatment and recovery services.
• Boothbay Region Community Rides — Need a ride?  Here's a free driving service.
• Community Fridge — A shed open 24/7 with healthy food
• Community Navigator — A free and confidential service to connect community members to available resources
• Food for Thought — Healthy snacks for children during out-of-school times
• The Fuel Fund — A heating assistance program
• Set for Success — Back to school event provides new backpacks and school supplies to AOS98 elementary students
• Woodchucks — Provides firewood at little to no cost to low income people and families

For help with situations of mental distress or abuse, or thoughts of suicide; substance use — alcohol, narcotics or tobacco; child, elder, or other domestic neglect or abuse; or sexual assault.

Simultaneous groups for caregivers and loved ones, Family Care Center, 19 St. Andrews Lane, Boothbay Harbor.  Meetings 1st Weds and 3rd Tues monthly.  More info: (207) 633-1928.
