Bob Leone, Chairman, called the meeting to order at 8:43 p.m. following a presentation by Dan McAuley, Research Wildlife Biologist, on Habitat Management of the American Woodcock. Board members present were Andy Abello, Jim Beam, Bob Leone, Chris Riser and Deborah Sondergaard. Also present were Janet Blevins, Faith Coakley, Barry Hathorne, John Markowski and Betty Twarog. There was no public input.

1. Town Report:
   Bob Leone reported that the Schmid report for the Town Report had been written and was available.

1. Church/Lallis Update:
   Bob Leone said there was nothing new to report, but that he would still like to schedule a walk-through of the property with Rupert Neily when weather permits.
2. River~Link Planning:
   Bob Leone said he planned to do flagging in the next month and locate some boundaries. The Board will then be able to do some cutting and will be working with the DRA on the northern section.

1. National Trails Day - June 2:
   Activities for this day will be discussed at the next meeting. Bob Leone suggested a hike from Dodge Road to McKay Road.

1. May Worktrips:
   Bob Leone scheduled a worktrip on May 20 from 9 am to 12 or 1 pm to walk the trails and assess any storm damage. Jim Beam recommended re-marking the faded blazes.
2. Birdhouses, Game Bird Restoration:
   Andy Abello has installed a new bluebird house in the Middle Road Field. Game bird restoration will be on the next agenda. Andy Abello will research sources of funding for a restoration program. He suggested inviting Dan McAuley to walk the property with board members during the summer.
