Attended: Bruce Cameron, Ralph Lombardi, Joe McSwain, Bob Zak; Byron Johnson, public.

Discussion of the sample ordinance given to us by Steve Levy. Tentativly, the change of town name and of the location of the sewer plant are the major changes required to make this documnet appropriate for Edgecomb. Except for the last section, dealing with billing and costs to users, which will have to be completely rewritten to correspond to local situations.
