TOWN OF EDGECOMB MINUTES OF THE EDGECOMB UTILITY DISTRICT COMMITTEE
October 21, 2006; 6:30 P.M.

Attended: Bob Zak, Joe McSwain, Bruce Cameron, Ralph Lombardi, Frank Perkins, Chair; Chris Cossette, Wiscasset Water District; Chris Higgins, Boothbay Region Sewer District.

We discussed with Chris Higgins how Boothbay operates their sewer district, which seems to be much more than we need at the present time. Chris suggests that we talk with Steve Levi of Maine Rural Water Association, whom we will invite to the next meeting. Ralph Lombardi will contact Mr. Levi. We also talked with Chris Cossette about the billing arrangement and what we can bill for. It was determined that we cannot bill Mr. Bintliff for each cottage connection because of the way the present ordinance reads.

The meeting was adjourned at 8:30 p.m.
