TOWN OF EDGECOMB MINUTES OF THE EDGECOMB UTILITY DISTRICT COMMITTEE
September 23, 2006; 6:30 P.M.

Attended: Bob Zak, Joe McSwain, Bruce Cameron, Ralph Lombardi, Frank Perkins, Chair

We all agreed to invite Chris Higgins and Chris Cossette to the next meeting as we have many unanswered questions and no clear path to take, questions about which would serve us best: district or department? Questions about who owns the pump station, what we can bill for, and what the arrangement is between the Town and Wiscasset on the billing agreement. Bruce presented the committee with his list of concerns and questions, along with the lawyers' answers.

The meeting was adjourned at 8:00 p.m.
