1. Lallis property: Frank reported that the ex-wife of the lien-debtor and their daughter are of the opinion that they have been paying the taxes on this property; two sons are currently living in the house. The lien-debtor himself is apparently living near Augusta.
2. Bathgate snowplow contract: Jo presented two payment schedules for consideration; Schedule B was approved, pending completion of salt shed repairs. Half the amount of payment will be paid from October through December; full amount from January to April, with the withheld funds to be paid in a lump sum upon completion of the contract.
3. Salt Shed damage: Jo showed photographs of the damage incurred last winter in the salt shed by Bathgate’s vehicles, which has not yet been repaired. Gouges in the side paneling, two of which go all the way through; serious damage to the sliding door, so that it cannot be closed completely. It was agreed that damage to the entrance gate is minor.

1. Because the office photocopier is on the fritz, the Town Clerk’s request to get election material commercially printed was unanimously approved.
