APPLICATION INFORMATION

The Planning Board will hear applications for Building Permits in Shoreland, Site Plan, and Subdivision approval on the third Thursday of each month at a meeting beginning at 6:30 p.m. The deadline for submission of applications and supporting materials is three weeks prior to the meeting date; nine (9) copies of all materials must be received before 5 p.m. in the Town Office.

Planning Board meetings are limited to five (5) applications per meeting, or two and a half hours, whichever comes first. Deliberation of agenda items that have not been commenced by the Planning Board as of 8:30 p.m. may be rescheduled to the next regularly scheduled meeting.
